Fill out the E-Consent form: Heartland ECSI 1098-T E-Consent Form.

Select Southern Crescent Technical College as your school on the form.

You will need the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Social Security Number
• Student ID #
• E-Mail Address

Providing consent for electronic 1098-T will allow your 1098-T to be delivered earlier than the traditional mailing process.

The 1098-T form will be provided by the end of January 2025.

Note: If electronic consent is not received by January 1, 2025, the 1098-T will be mailed to the current address on file.

Instructions for accessing your online 1098-T will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the form. You can also access your 1098-T on the Heartland ECSI website.
